With the team of 8000 people and several management levels distributed across 40+ cities, we've faced a challenge of sharing knowledge to each and every person with equal quality and meaning. We’ve been using messengers as a fast way to share materials, but we’ve discovered that messengers gave us no option to track in a big scale which has opened, read and understood the material. We have decided to use an LMS system as a communication channel with the team. And thanks to Courselle customer success team we've adopted a bite-sized learning approach - short but regular training, which was just right fit for the fast-changing reality we are working in. Compared to other means of knowledge sharing, Courselle allows us to see the bottlenecks and grey areas of employee's knowledge and fix those gaps with the next eLearning’s. I would recommend Courselle because of the cooperation and support they provide. A lot of changes have been done based on our feedback, and now Courselle is much better than one year back. We still wait for some features to be implemented that will make Courselle even more useful from the customer point of view.
